BONSERNEWS.com – Recruitment with SOEs 2023 reopened. The registration process and administrative selection will be open on 5-20 May 2023.

The following are the facts of the 2023 BUMN Joint Recruitment which were summarized by Okezone, Monday (1/5/2023).

1. Prepare yourself

Prospective applicants must prepare themselves because there will be several stages of the test. The 2023 BUMN Joint Recruitment Announcement was announced via the official Instagram @kementerianbumn and the official Instagram of the Minister of BUMN @erickthohir.

“Recruitment with SOEs is back again this year! Good news for all of you, millennials and gen-z who want to join the big BUMN family,” wrote BUMN Minister Erick Thohir.

2. Recruitment date

Erick Thohir asked applicants to record the dates of the process stages and prepare themselves.

“Save the date, prepare yourself and don’t forget to ask your parents’ blessing. Good luck!” continued Erick Thohir.

3. Registration schedule

Launching the official Instagram account @erickthohir, here is the schedule and several stages of the process:

Registration stage (registration process and administration selection by BUMN PIC):

On 5-20 May 2023. Then in this stage it will be announced on 1 June 2023.

TKD and Morals test phase (40% TKD and 60% Morals): From June 10-19 and announced June 28, 2023.

English test phase (Threshold weight > 450): 8-12 July 2023. Announcement on 19 July 2023.

4. SOE test

Furthermore, there will be tests by SOEs which include field competency tests, user interviews, social analytics & digital, mindset and MCU: From July 22 – August 9, 2023.

5. Announcement

Then finally, the announcement of the final results (Final): Announcements that will be inputted through the BUMN system, which will take place on August 16, 2023.
